TRIDENT Services
associate staff members have extensive experience in installing and maintaining VM
operating systems. TRIDENT associates provided complete VM systems support services for a major
university/government research facility for many years. For a multi billion dollar food retail and
distribution chain, TRIDENT associates have provided comprehensive VM systems installation,
enhancement and maintenance services including numerous REXX language development projects. For a
major power company in the Pacific Northwest, TRIDENT staff associates have responsibility for
upgrading the VM system supporting business critical applications and ensuring Y2K compliance.
Services offered include:
Planning to identify credible conversion or migration options by assessing their impact on budgets,
availability and system hardware.
Implementing the option selected including installing all VM related systems software products and
supporting testing and turnover to production status.
Maintaining the VM environment to meet business requirements including support of hardware and
software upgrades, operations and user training, performance tuning, capacity planning and security.
Services are provided using a mix of on site visits coupled with high speed remote PC terminal
communication facilities tailored to each client's individual requirements.
